Subtle saline hints and herbal undertones (sage, rosemary) reflect the Mediterranean essence of the region. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and well-balanced. The minerality of the Maremma soils blends with a good structure and pleasant softness. Clean, persistent finish with a citrusy and slightly almond-like aftertaste, typical of the grape.
